More specifically, the failure by HelpAlong Pty Ltd to have complied with the NDIS (Provider Registration and Practice Standard) Rules 2018, clause 12 (Risk management), clause 23 (Standards relating to the provision of supports to participants), clause 24 (Safe environment) and clause 25 (Participant money and property).
