Provider profile pages with detailed information

SupportFinder.io is not:

Affiliated with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)
An official NDIS service or portal
A booking or appointment system
A healthcare provider or medical service

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: Provider information displayed on SupportFinder.io is sourced from the NDIS Commission's public provider register and other publicly available sources.

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of provider information
The availability of providers to accept new clients
The current registration status of providers
The quality of services provided by listed providers
Contact information accuracy (phone numbers, emails, addresses may be outdated)

Users should always verify provider details, registration status, and service availability directly with the provider before engaging their services. Check the official NDIS Commission website for authoritative registration information.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service using automated means
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information via problem reports
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or malicious code
Impersonate any person or entity
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

5. Provider Listings

Free Listings: Provider information from the NDIS Commission public register is displayed free of charge. Providers are not required to register with SupportFinder.io for their basic information to appear.

Enhanced Listings (Future): Providers may claim and enhance their profiles with additional information, photos, and premium features. Enhanced listings are subject to separate terms and payment agreements.

Ranking and Display: Search results are ranked based on:

Geographic proximity to search location
Data quality score (completeness and accuracy)
Relevance to search query
Premium listing status (where applicable)

We maintain editorial independence and do not accept payment to manipulate organic search ranking beyond clearly marked premium placements.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SupportFinder.io, including design, layout, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to SupportFinder.io and protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Provider data sourced from the NDIS Commission remains subject to the NDIS Commission's terms and conditions. We claim no ownership over public government data.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

SupportFinder.io and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

Your use or inability to use the Service
Reliance on provider information displayed on the Service
Interactions or disputes with providers found through the Service
