Your practice may already be listed. Claiming it is free.
We list behaviour support providers from the NDIS Commission’s public register. Claim your listing to correct it, say when you can start new participants, or hide it. No provider can pay for a higher position or a different check result. Claiming does not change your NDIS registration.
What to keep current
- Availability: whether you can start new participants now, have a waitlist (with an optional estimated wait), or are not taking new participants.
- Which age groups you support: children (0–12), teens (13–17) or adults (18+), or a precise age range.
- Restrictive practices: whether you, or your practitioners, develop behaviour support plans that include regulated restrictive practices.
Confirm availability every 60 days and other answers annually. Otherwise availability shows as “Not confirmed: ask them”. Saying you’re not taking new participants won’t move you down the list. Answers help people filter; they do not change the order.
How access works
- Enter your ABN, then your name, your role and the email you’ll sign in with.
- Confirm your email from the link we send.
- A person reviews every request and emails you the decision.
What appears in the directory, and your controls
Your public page combines NDIS Commission files and an earlier provider dataset with the details you publish. Your sign-in email stays private and is separate from your public enquiry email.
To appear in search, a listing needs a name, at least one public phone, email or website, a location or an online service, and at least one service or profession. To appear in behaviour support search, our copy of the NDIS Commission’s register must show you as registered for specialist behaviour support (registration group 0110).
Each location you leave visible shows its street address and a map pin on your public listing, unless you choose Show suburb only. Use that for your home: your listing then shows the suburb and postcode, with no street address or exact pin.

You can edit or hide your listing in the portal. To request deletion or get help with details you cannot change, email [email protected].
