How it works

Three steps to a claimed listing.

  1. Enter your ABN

    We look you up in the live NDIS provider register. If you're registered and active, we show you the email address on file.

  2. Verify via email

    We send a six-digit code to the email the NDIS has for you. You can't change that email from the portal — so only someone with access to your registered inbox can claim the listing.

  3. Edit your listing

    Correct the name, summary, contact details, opening hours, services and outlet addresses. Upload a logo. Your edits overlay the NDIS data — the register stays the source of truth underneath.

Verification

How we know it's really you.

Every listing on SupportFinder is tied to an ABN that appears on the NDIS provider register as active and registered. Inactive and head-office records are excluded before the data even reaches our search index.

To edit a listing, you have to receive a one-time code at the email address the NDIS has on file for that ABN. We don't let anyone change that email from inside the portal — if yours has moved on, you need to update it with the NDIS first, then claim here.

Your edits are an overlay, not a rewrite. If you ever remove your attenuation record, your listing cleanly reverts to what the register says. Nothing you edit is lost to us — it's just set aside.

Pricing

Free, for now and by design.

Listing is free. Editing your listing is free. Appearing in search is free. SupportFinder exists to help NDIS participants find the services they need — charging providers to be findable would get in the way of that.

If paid placement ever arrives it will be clearly labelled and kept separate from organic search results. Participants will always see the full directory first, ordered by what the data says, not by who paid.
