More specifically, Majesty Wellbeing Centre Pty Ltd trading as MAJESTY WELLBEING CENTRE PTY LTD is required by 22 April 2026 to take action to engage an approved quality auditor to complete a condition audit in accordance with conditions of registration imposed under section 73G section of the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 and by 27 June 2026 to provide the NDIS Commission a copy of the completed conditional audit report. Date and time of effect: 30 March 2026 from 5:00pmThe compliance notice was issued on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner was aware of information that suggests Majesty Wellbeing Centre Pty Ltd trading as MAJESTY WELLBEING CENTRE PTY LTD, has contravened section 73J of the NDIS Act, by allegedly failing to commence a condition audit within 3 months of commencing service in any of the classes of support that require certification assessment and as part of the stage 1 audit, provide the approved quality auditor with revised self-assessment responses against the applicable NDIS Practice Standards.
