For NDIS Participants

How do I search for NDIS providers?

To search for providers:

  1. Enter your suburb, postcode, or use the "Current Location" button on the homepage
  2. Click "Search" to see providers near you
  3. Use filters to narrow results by registration group, profession, or distance
  4. Click on any provider to view their full profile and contact details

What does the quality score mean?

The quality score (Excellent, Good, Fair) reflects how complete and verified a provider's information is:

  • Completeness (40%): How much contact info, services, and location data is provided
  • Validation (40%): Whether data has been verified against official NDIS register records
  • Integrity (20%): Consistency and accuracy of the information

Important: Quality scores do not affect search ranking. All providers are ranked by distance from your location, not by score or payment.

What does "Verified" mean on a provider listing?

A "Verified" badge means the provider has claimed their listing and confirmed their identity. This involves:

  • Verifying ownership of the business email address
  • Confirming ABN matches the registered provider
  • Agreeing to keep information accurate and up-to-date

Verified providers can update their own information directly, ensuring you see the most current details.

How accurate is the provider information?

Our data comes from the official NDIS Provider Register and is updated regularly. However:

  • Contact details may change - always confirm with the provider directly
  • Opening hours are estimates - call ahead if visiting
  • Services listed are what the provider is registered for, but they may not offer all services at all times

If you find incorrect information, please use the "Report a problem" button on the provider's page.

For Providers

How do I claim my business listing?

  2. Click "Claim this listing" on your provider page
  3. Enter your business email address
  4. Click the verification link sent to your email

What are the benefits of a Premium listing?

Premium listings include:

  • Enhanced profile: Add your logo, cover image, and detailed description
  • Contact form: Receive inquiries directly through your profile
  • Analytics: See how many people view and interact with your listing
  • Priority support: Faster response times for any issues

Note: Premium status does not affect search ranking. All providers are listed by distance, not payment.

How do I update my business information?

Once you've claimed your listing:

  1. Log in to your Provider Portal
  2. Click "Edit Profile" on your dashboard
  3. Make your changes and click "Submit for Review"
  4. Most changes are approved within 24 hours

Why was my edit request rejected?

Edit requests may be rejected if:

  • Information doesn't match official NDIS records
  • Content includes promotional claims that can't be verified
  • Contact details are invalid or unreachable
  • Images don't meet our guidelines (inappropriate content, poor quality, or copyright issues)

You can view the rejection reason in your Provider Portal and submit a revised request.
